Focusing on the lower three energy centers (chakras) of the body, this stabilizing and nurturing yoga class guides you in building strength and stability in the lower back and pelvic area. Pranayama provides the scaffolding for this entire practice, creating a sense of safety within the work. Appropriate for all levels and all bodies are welcome. This is an especially supportive class if you’re recovering from injury or illness.
