A structured and focused flow, based on the Ashtanga short form series, will include the same sequence of movements in every class and the room will be gently heated. The predictable sequence allows for the yogi to bring more awareness to breath and movement while also learning the sequence to practice independently. This class will stay true to the 8 limbs of yoga, incorporating breath, movement, focus and as always, a sweet savasana.
*A personal towel is recommended as this can be a sweaty practice.
